Shipping Policies and Rates
USA Orders
- All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class.
- Delivery Confirmation is added on all USA orders.
- Flat rate shipping is 5.00. Free shipping on all USA orders over $50.
Please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within 10 business days from the date you placed the order, please contact us. We strive to have all orders processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays). We ship Monday - Friday. We do not use alternative shipping companies
International Orders
Please Note: DOT DOT Cosmetics will not be held liable for any lost or stolen orders once the order has left the USA.
Please be aware of your country's guidelines before processing your order. Your local Postal Service can supply this information.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
International shipping is determined by weight and is calculated at the end of the ordering process before you finalize the order. If the actual postage amount is largely greater than originally calculated, I will contact you regarding this difference.
Due to the heightened security measures with the US Postal Service, there have been some delays with delivery of international packages. You can expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If you wish to have tracking on your international order, do know that it is very expensive and not included as part of your regular shipping. Packages shipped out of the US are not insured unless you make prior arrangements.
We do not change the value of international orders or ship them via "gift" status. Requests asking us to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase made at DOT DOT Cosmetics. These fees are to be paid by you and can be significant. You are responsible for checking with your local government for rates. We will not refund an order because you do not want to pay taxes or duties charged by your local government agencies.
International customers may be asked to provide the name of their credit card company bank and the customer service phone number printed on the back of their card for verification.
Money Back Guarantee
Because DOT DOT wants you to be happy with your purchase we offer a “No questions asked money back guarantee”. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product in its original container at least ¾ full within 30 days of purchase along with your original invoice for a full refund (less shipping & handling charges) or a replacement product.
Terms and Conditions: Refunds will be issued through Paypal or credit card used for purchase, gifts will be credited directly to the purchaser; allow up to 30 days for credit to process. Please include your contact information including name, email address, mailing address, and daytime phone number. Limit one offer per product per calendar year; multiple submissions will not be honored, acknowledged, or returned. Only products purchased directly from DOT DOT may be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy
Your business is important to us! At DotDot Cosmetics we strive to provide great service. This includes double checking your order and packaging everything carefully. Occasionally accidents do happen.
If your order arrives damaged or missing an item please let us know right away. We want to correct the problem.
If a product is not in good condition when it arrives to you, please contact us with your order number and return the damaged goods. We will replace the product as well as the shipping cost incurred to you.
We strongly suggest trying samples first or contacting us to see which product will work best for you.
Order Cancellation/Revision
Orders may be canceled or revised due to errors caused by shopping cart programming error or illegal use of website. Customers will be notified, and a refund issued where applicable.
