Are your products vegan?

Our products are vegan except for the occasional use of carmine or silk. Since it is a rarity for us to use these two ingredients, we always mark the product page and product labeling if it is not a vegan product.

Are your products cruelty-free?

We wouldn't have it any other way! None of our products, ingredients or raw goods have ever been tested on animals. 

Are DOTDOT products GMO-free? Are they gluten-free? Are they pesticide-free?

Since our products are minerals, they come directly from the ground. They are actually EARTH. So there is not need for any chemicals. The minerals are always gluten-free. The other products we carry are, as well, gluten-free.

Do you use any harmful fillers or ingredients?

Our cosmetics are free of preservatives, talc, oil, waxes, fragrances, bismuth oxychloride,  and petroleum by-products.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. However, please be sure you check the shipping rates and know that you will be responsible for any taxes or tariffs that may be placed on your order at customs. We send First Class Parcel, which does have a shipping tracking number but, that number may be unreliable once your order leaves the United States. Once the order leaves the US, we are no longer responsible for the package reaching its destination. It can also, depending upon your postal system, take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Almost all of our international orders arrive safe and sound however, you may want to inquire with us about additional postal insurance for your order. Our best recommendation: place an order together with several friends for the best shipping price.

Do you have a money back guarantee? What if I don't like my product?

We have a 'no questions asked' return policy. If you find, after 30 days of receipt, you do not like your product, you can return it as long as there is no more than 1/4 used. Upon receipt back at our warehouse, we will issue you a refund for the product. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping, nor for postage to return the product. (NOTE: This does NOT apply for custom foundations or other custom-made products.)

How long does it take for my order to get to me?

Once your order is received, it is usually shipped out within 3 days. During special launches and, around Halloween and Christmas launches, it can take up to 4 days to ship out. Overall, please allow 7 to 10 days once your order has been shipped to arrive. You will find that most orders arrive before that time. We ship First Class and you will be provided with a tracking number.

What if I need my order faster?

Please contact us to arrange for faster delivery and shipping prices. If we can make it happen, we will.

Do you ever have specials or discounts?

When a limited edition collection is released, they are usually discounted from the regular retail price. Some new products, when added to the regular catalog, will be discounted for a short time. We love sales as much as you do! We announce sales through newsletters, social media and partnerships with other businesses. DotDot Cosmetics has one of the BEST sales during Black Friday in the industry!!

I'm a blogger and would like samples to review. Will you send me free products to review?

The best promotion one can have is 'word of mouth'. And, thanks to the quality of our products, satisfied customers have spread the word. This has helped us become the go-to place for loose mineral makeup products. Due to the high demand from reviewers asking to see our products, we are only considering sites/channels that have a qualifying amount of subscribers. We send out product as often as possible but, we have a PR budget to adhere to. We receive up to 300 review requests per month. To be fair, please consider the following before contacting us: 


- Be an active blogger/YouTuber with a site that is at least 1 year old and, have 2 posts per week. 
- The theme of your blog should be related to your products.
- Provide us with the link of your blog/YouTube Channel site.
- Provide us with the links to the following: Facebook Fan page, Twitter, Pinterest and/or Instagram.

If we choose you to do a review, your review should include:

- Product or Company review (must be at least 200 words or at least a 3 minute video.
- Provide clear photos of the product you review. List the products you used. We prefer that the photo only show DotDot Cosmetics however, since we do not have mascara, etc., that can be included in your photo.
- A link back to our website of the product you review.
- A link back to our home page. 
- A link to our Facebook Fan Page. 
- Email us back with the requested information. If you are chosen to do a review, you will get an email follow-up for your shipping address.

How do I pay for my order?

DotDot Cosmetics takes PayPal or any debit or credit card for payments. PayPal is the most secure way for both the business and for you, the customer. Thus, Paypal is a third-party vendor and none of your credit/debit card information is given to us. You do not have to sign up with PayPal, that is, to create an account with them, to make a payment. All you need is a debit or credit card.
